The main message

The main message is in the second paragraph, it states the supporting details to justify your purpose. These may take the form of background information, statistics or first-hand accounts. A few short paragraphs within the body of the letter should be enough to support your reasoning.

   
       
Here are some examples of the main messages.

Dear Mr. John

Thank you for your letter dated 25 August concerning your order for twenty sets of our bedroom furniture................( opening )
